AFS-PPD 10,000 || AFS 106-PPD
AFS-PPD 10,000
Pour Point Depressant for Distillate Fuels
Application
AFS-PPD 10,000 is formulated to control the growth of wax crystals that can form during cold weather operation. The addition of AFS-PPD enables heating oil and diesel fuel to flow through filters at much lower temperatures.
Recommended Dosage
AFS-PPD 10,000 is typically used between 25 PPM and 1000 PPM depending on base fuel and performance desired.
Performance Features
Inhibits wax crystal growth
- Reduces fuel pour point
- Reduces cold filter plugging point
- Minimizes the kerosene dilution required for pour point reduction

AFS 106-PPD
Application
AFS 106-PPD is specifically formulated to reduce the pour point of heating oil.
Recommended Dosage
Typically used at 1:1000 gallons of bulk fuel for optimum results.
Blending Recommendations
Performs best when added to the fuel at a temperature greater than the cloud point.
Performance Features
Inhibits wax crystal growth
Reduces pour point up to 30ºF
